Golf course cancellation fee is imposed by golf course itself. Therefore, the fee will be different for each booking depending on the golf course policy and promotion (if applicable). In order to find details of bank charge, processing fee and golf club cancellation fee, simply click on “BOOK NOW” button which will direct you to the booking form. On the right column of the form, you will see the information written beneath “Total Price”. Or you can check your mailbox, we will always include all this information in the confirmation email sent to you.
No, you can book tee time as non-member. We recommend you to register member to get the point and receive the latest news and promotion.

Yes.Please check the box "I'm making this booking for someone else" and input the golfer's name on your booking process.
Yes, kindly try to book many times for over 4 golfers. We'll serve the multiple booking function soon.
Please cancel your wrong booking and book tee time again.
For member, please go to My Booking, choose your upcoming Booking and click the Cancel buton and follow the process. For non-member, you can cancel your booking from the link provided in your confirmation email.
Please show your booking confirmation email at the reception when arriving at the golf course.

Yes. It is possible. After cancelling your booking, we will refund your payment after deducting bank charge, processing fee and golf course cancellation fee.
