Can I book a tee time on mobile phone?
Yes, our website is available on PC and mobile web.
What are bank charge, processing fee and golf course cancellation fee?
Bank charge and processing fee are automatically paid to make your booking valid. They are sequentially fixed at 3.85% and 5% of your payment. Golf course cancellation fee is imposed by golf course itself. Therefore, the fee will be different for each booking depending on the golf course policy and promotion (if applicable). In order to find details of bank charge, processing fee and golf club cancellation fee, simply click on “BOOK NOW” button which will direct you to the booking form. On the right column of the form, you will see the information written beneath “Total Price”. Or you can check your mailbox, we will always include all this information in the confirmation email sent to you.
Do I have to register to book a tee time?
No, you can book tee time as non-member. We recommend you to register member to get the point and receive the latest news and promotion.
How far in advance are tee times available on Golfdy?
It's different and depends on each golf course.
Can I book a tee time for someone else?
Yes.Please check the box "I'm making this booking for someone else" and input the golfer's name on your booking process.
Can I book groups of over 4 golfers?
Yes, kindly try to book many times for over 4 golfers. We'll serve the multiple booking function soon.
What happens if I make mistakes while booking on Golfdy?
Please cancel your wrong booking and book tee time again.
How to cancel or change the booking?
For member, please go to My Booking, choose your upcoming Booking and click the Cancel buton and follow the process. For non-member, you can cancel your booking from the link provided in your confirmation email.
What should I bring to the golf course to use my booking?
Please show your booking confirmation email at the reception when arriving at the golf course.
What is the payment method?
We accept payment by Domestic Card (ATM) & Credit Card (Visa, Master, JCB, Amex)
How do I redeem a coupon / promo code?
You can redeem by entering the valid coupon/promo code in the check out process.
How do I get a receipt showing the amount I paid?
We will email a confirmation and receipt following payment. If you did not receive a receipt, please call us at +842838211750.
Is it possible to have my booking refunded upon cancellation?
Yes. It is possible. After cancelling your booking, we will refund your payment after deducting bank charge, processing fee and golf course cancellation fee.
Can I respond to another golfer’s review?
No, we display the review to give to our users the best insight on the golf course.
When do I receive the refund?
Your refund will be credited to your card within 4-5 weeks.
Do I earn points for tee times on every course?
Yes, every tee time at every course you book and play through Golfdy is eligible to earn points. Don't forget to register member to earn point.
When will I receive my points reward?
Points will be issued after your play at the golf course.
Does my points reward expire?
No, your points will be valid all the time.
How to use my points reward?
You can exchange your points with discount voucher on Golfdy
How do I know how many points I have available?
To find your points balance, please go to Golfdy.com, sign in and check your account.
How do I review a course on Golfdy?
You will receive a mail after your play at the golf course to invite you to share your review.
I submitted a review, when can my review display on the web?
Reviews will be available immediately on Golfdy website
Can I review a course that I didn’t book on Golfdy?
To ensure the highest level of accuracy in our ratings and reviews, we are only accepting current reviews from verified purchasers.
Can I review a course that I played on Golfdy in the past?
To guarantee that our reviewers are always reviewing courses in their current state, rounds played within 01 week are eligible for review.
My golf course received an inaccurate review. Is there a way to address the review or have Golfdy take it down?
